This compact wireless sensor easily sticks onto your windows and doors and pairs directly with your ClimateControl system.
You can configure it to automatically pause heating or cooling when a window or door is opened, preventing unnecessary energy waste.
How it works:
When the sensor is mounted on a window and the air conditioner is operating, it will switch the unit from its current mode to “Fan Only” (recirculating air only) after the window has been open for 2 minutes. As soon as the window is closed, the air conditioner automatically returns to its previous mode and resumes normal operation.
This addition is especially useful for holiday homes and Airbnbs. It’s a simple, effective way to stop wasting energy and save money on your electricity bill.
