Introduction #
ClimateControl works with most Panasonic indoor units equipped with a CN-CNT port, including ducted, wall-mount, and floor-mount units.
Check your indoor unit’s installation manual for the CN-CNT port to confirm compatibility.
ClimateControl has by default all features supported on Panasonic AC’s visible. It is possible that your exact model might not support certain features.
External / Wireless sensor
An extra cable is supplied with the ClimateControl interface to use the external sensor capability of the non-IOT-only version. The extra cable is connected to a connector on the mainboard called CN-TH. This is where the thermistors of the indoor unit are connected to.
Confirm in the service manual of your indoor unit has one of the below schematics.
There are two variants for this connector: A 4-pin variant and a 6-pin variant.
